📜 What is business coaching?

Business coaching is a process in which a professional coach guides a businessperson in the pursuit of their work goals. A business coach might help their client build leadership skills, create business strategies, or improve their mindset.

A coach is somewhat of a hybrid between a therapist and a consultant and is an excellent resource to elevate your business performance.

🗝 Getting started with Ataare

Before we get started, it is important that you understand our process below

1. Complete our business coaching assessment form here
2. Book an intro call for the coach to understand the client's business problem (15 min) - Client
3. Have a detailed scoping call (1 hour) - Client / Ataare
   • Note: A deposit of KES 2,500/ $20 is required for this
   • The deposit goes towards whatever programme you will select and is non-refundable
   • This is to ensure people respect our time as many people book detailed scoping calls and then do not show up
4. Share the customised proposal based on scoping call (~7 business days) - Ataare
5. Review proposal and sign engagement letter (~2 business days) - Client
6. Make payment balance - Client
